    Nick is a Learning & Development Professional with over 17 years’ experience in training, coaching and developing others. Nick is passionate about development and mostly, he is passionate about people.

    Previously, Nick trained as an actor and has worked across theatre, film and television. As a coach & facilitator, Nick has worked in the private and public sector and his work includes communication and presentation skills, conflict resolution, difficult conversations, coaching skills, interview techniques, appraisal techniques and managing teams.

  • Clive Woodward

    Clive started his working life as a professional actor having been to drama school at The Arts Ed in London.

    Clive Woodward is passionate about the power of impactful and experiential training to empower organisations, teams, and individuals to reach their full potential. His approach is empathetic, friendly, encouraging and where appropriate challenging. He finds the work both rewarding and enjoyable. His life and business experience adds gravitas to all training programs.

  • Donna Doubtfire

    Associate

    Donna spent the earlier part of her career in the performance arts industry. Her work was extensive and varied, and included performing in the West End, award winning dramas throughout Europe, and in Bafta winning shows on Channel 4 and the BBC. She created and performed original dramatic articles for the World Service radio station, and was an actor for local radio. Whilst living in London Donna was an improvisational actor touring with a story telling company creating shows for the many different audiences they encountered.
