Nick is a Learning & Development Professional with over 17 years’ experience in training, coaching and developing others. Nick is passionate about development and mostly, he is passionate about people.

Nick trained as an actor and has worked across theatre, film and television. As an actor/coach/facilitator, Nick has worked in the private and public sector and his work includes communication and presentation skills, conflict resolution, difficult conversations, coaching skills, interview techniques, appraisal techniques and managing teams.

Nick has a very successful background in the performing arts sector which allows him to deliver a highly engaging and rewarding experience for delegates.

Nick creates a learning environment where teams feel challenged and supported, using high impact, experiential practises that build confidence and enable sustainable behaviour change.

Nick is very passionate about assisting and supporting teams, organisations and individuals in developing and enhancing their interpersonal skills, confidence and self awareness. Nick thrives on creating a fun, engaging and hugely enjoyable experience on every course he undertakes.
